This book practice set presents students with a simulation of real business transactions. The company policies and procedures given are to be followed as they go through the whole activity. The students will record business transactions not from narrative events but from source documents such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, official receipts, check vouchers, and other supporting documents. they will experience maintaining a simplified set of accounting books for a fictitious company. the routine activities of filing, recording, and posting business events up to the preparation of adjusting, closing, and reversing entries are required. As in any business, the key products, which are the financial statements, will be prepared. Moreover, a bank statement is presented so that students can reconcile the book and the bank balances. In addition, relevant rations are computed to make suggestions and comments to the owner whether to invest more capital in the business. This practice set gives students the best learning exprience, highlighting the accounting topics taken in ABM1 and ABM2 as they journey through the accounting cycle.
